Believe it or not, what Alice said in the second panel was actually said in the 17 episode. And frankly, this is the stupidest thing I have ever heard in ANY english-voiced anime.

I mean, what was the point??? To show that Alice is a geographical retard who thinks that Germany is in the middle of Africa??? She's a Russian, for crying out loud! She should know what was the main enemy country her motherland was fighting against...

I knew she said something along the lines of that, I thought I was hearing things when I was looking over that episode again, I remember me being extremely confused as to why she would make that statement even though literally everywhere there would be toilet paper... I'm still pretty much laughing to this day XD
